The easiest way to add tags to your members is by following these steps. But first we need to make sure we actually create these tags before we can assign them:

1. Click on your avatar in the upper right corner and go to account details
2. Now click the settings tab and choose tags to create a new tag
3. Go to the Members tab
4. Filter the members down to the group of people you want to tag
5. Now select all of these users by ticking the little box on top of the column
6. Scroll to the top of the page and click 'more actions'
7. 'Assign tags' and choose the tag you want to assign
